Terms and Conditions for WordPress Setup and Hosting Service
1. Introduction These terms and conditions govern the use of the WordPress setup and hosting service provided by WP Care Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
2. Service Description We provide a service that includes the installation of WordPress, a WordPress theme, potentially a child theme, and hosting for a period of sixty days. This service is designed to allow users to build their WordPress site within the hosted environment which can then be transferred to their own hosting or continue with our hosting service.
3. Fees and Payment Fees for our service are due at the beginning of the hosting period. Additional charges for continued hosting after the initial sixty days will be specified separately. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4. Duration and Termination The service is valid for a period of sixty days from the date of activation. Upon termination, users have the option to transfer their site to their own hosting solution or continue hosting with us under agreed terms. We reserve the right to terminate the service for violation of these terms, including but not limited to breaches in user responsibilities.
5. User Responsibilities Users are responsible for providing accurate and lawful information necessary for setting up and managing their WordPress site. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and must not use the service for any unauthorized or illegal purposes.
6. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in the provided themes, child themes, and any custom development by us remain our property or the property of our licensors. Upon transfer or termination, users obtain no rights over software or hosting infrastructure but retain rights over their site content.
7. Limitation of Liability We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to, loss of data or business interruption.
8. Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting your privacy. User data collected during the service period will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy, which provides detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect user data.
9. Dispute Resolution Any disputes related to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Location].
